Founder Story
Meet Simran Jammu
8 years ago, Simran was working for an IT company. But his passion grew more towards kitchen and infrastructure designing. On the side, he started outsourcing kitchen & joinery projects, as well as performing small jobs for construction businesses. Overtime, Simran gained tremendous amount of experience in the kitchen & joinery industry, leading to upgrading his old machines to high-performing machines.
SJ Kitchens launched in the year 2019 in Hamilton, NZ. The brand name “SJ” is the initials of the first name (Simran) and the last name (Jammu). With a lack of talented and good workmanship contractors in the market, SJ Kitchens allows homeowners, builders, and property developers to hire the right team to design at the highest standards and build kitchen & joinery projects from concept to completion.
